This is a little embarrassing to talk about, but what the heck.

So I get tingling and occasional shooting pain into my testicles. Since this began (about 3 months ago), I've lost the ability to get and maintain erections.

I know there's some sort of nerve issue going on but doctors have been unable to help me.

My g/f and I sorta accidentally figured out that it was a nerve issue, because when I took my nightly dose of gabapentin, I was able to get an erection.

So whatever nerve pain that gabapentin stopped, it allowed things to work properly (at least for a little bit).

This has been extremely frustrating and hard to fix. Any experience/help with this?

It's nerves alone. I think the infections aggravate it.

Buhner likes Lions Mane. Can I ask what product you use?

I guess EVERYONE with chronic lyme has low sex drive, and hormone problems.

I'm a woman, but during lyme, my cycle was totally messed.

I read that some bacteria does influence hormones.

When lyme is doomed, most symptoms disappear like they never existed. At least, for me.

I don't have any of the nerve issues mentioned above but I found taking 100mg of NOW zinc picolinate and Life Extension DHEA 50mg capsules really took care of the low sex drive.

I have no ties to the above mentioned companies but I did my research and found these products very effective. There are some DHEA pills on the market that are worthless. Life Extension has a solid history with testing and trials.

Both products above are very affordable.

I have the same symptoms canefan. Cialis helped for a time (before I knew I had Lyme), neurontin helps, iodine supplementation helps. I don't think mine is just a nerve thing, even though neurontin helps. Neurontin also lowers my blood pressure, and I think it causes vasodilation.
