Hi all! I started the Byron White A Bart a few weeks ago. Only 1 drop 2 times daily in water, every other day.

I took about a week off for traveling and am now more settled. I took my dose, 1 drop in water, 2x daily 3 days ago.

Within 24 hours, I'm a complete mess! Dizziness, heavy heart pounding, unrelenting anxiety and panic attacks.

Has this happened to anyone else and was there anything you took or did to help it subside? I'm traveling with my kids and I'm a mess!! I feel like I'm going to fall over and die!

I haven't really been able to do anything much with them and I'd really like to feel decent enough to participate in life a little with them. The fact that it's 100 degrees here doesn't help!

Any advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated!!!

Byron White A-Inflam calms adrenals as does Detox-1.

Sounds like a herxheimer reaction. Do you have any glutathione? If so, take some to ease some of the symptoms. Or take Alka Seltzer gold, or drink Lemon water to increase alkalinity.

Take less A-bart too. Some people need to start by putting one drop in a glass of water and only drinking half of it on day one and putting the rest in the refrigerator, drink the remaining half the next day, and work up from there.

Hope you feel better. I remember those days, feeling like I was sleeping away the summer on the couch while my kids entertained themselves. So hard!

I am up to 15 drops/day x2 of both A-Bart and A-L .... At 10 drops I felt like my symptoms disappeared. Now since going to 15 drops twice a day of both of these my energy level has decreased and I have a lot of the same symptoms I started with 2 years ago. The drops are strong (I am at max dosage now) and either I have another issue (digestive/gut) or I am constantly herxing - when I started A-Bart I herxed continually for a couple of months (that was on maybe 5 drops 2x without A-L).

xemoterp1- more is not necessarily better. If it were me, I would pause and detox. If detoxing works then I could deduce that I was herxing. Energy decreasing is the opposite of what is desired. I know I am preaching to the choir! Best of luck!

Thanks everyone! I'm drinking lemon water and I have Alka Seltzer gold I brought with me to take.

I'm taking xanax and some antivert to try and combat the symptoms for the immediate moment and I seem to need more than normal to try and stabilize which is scary being I'm with 3 kids.

Unsure445, I took glutathione earlier with vitamin C. Should I take more than the usual?

lookup, thanks for all the suggestions. Can I purchase any of these on amazon? I'm so scared to add anything in that will make me feel worse.

I had a cardiac stress echo the night before I left so at least I'm not panicking over my heart pounding. I think it's just part of a constant anxiety attack I seem to be stuck in.

Xemoterp1, I hope you and we all can finally get some answers and the proper help. My energy is literally at 0.

I'm still in my nightgown from 8 last night and I'm trying to rally and take my kids out to do something. Thank heavens I'm in a condo and not a small hotel room or I don't know what I would do. This is exactly why I don't take trips and fear leaving home. It stinks!

Jessig627- I thought it might be possible that you might have some Byron White Detoxers in your possession.

Rescue Remedy, first aid for anxiety, would not interfere with anything you are taking and would not have any negative impact. You will probably be out of this state by the time the Rescue Remedy arrived but, still it is good to have on hand.

We tried all kinds of things and, for us, Rescue Remedy worked the best for sudden onset anxiety. You can order on Amazon.

If you get it, keep it away from your cell phone as the cell phone emits electro-magnetics that can neutralize the Rescue Remedy.

Still need to pursue your detoxing though as you are already aware of...

All the best!

Thanks! Going to try to order the Rescue Remedy and see if I can get it here quickly. Better to have it on hand.

Drank what felt like 6 tons of lemon water and seemed to feel a little better this evening. :-)

Any improvement, is improvement. I'll take it!

That is great you are feeling a little better!

Rescue Remedy can be used on kids, animals or adults.

I had tried bigger gun, non-pharma, things for herxing anxiety attacks without any luck until we tried Rescue. It worked! I know we are all different but it is great to have on hand anyway.

Our kids will use it when they have to take tests or have to speak in public or whatever. Calming.
