Is anyone else dealing with diabetes insidus? Anything you can share would be appreciated.

So sorry lightfoot. I know nothing about it. Just did a search on infections and diabetes insidus and got over 200 results. Too late for me to read thru more than I have read just now.
And the reading I was doing just made what little I was trying to absorb and understand even worse.
Big help I am! NOT!!!
At least I am bringing up the post so maybe others will see it and reply. Wishing you luck!

Yes, I believe I have had it for a long time, although never diagnosed with it (never pursued the diagnosis). I've treated myself for years by symptoms with specific forms of potassium, or fruits/juices, and salt.
Plus, I do take Florinef and Midrodine to raise my BP from POTS, which I think is related. It's all from Lyme and co IMO.
You could see an endocrinologist about it, but it couldn't be your run of the mill endo. You'd have to ask ahead of time if they had experience with it.
LLMD's often will rx Florinef, and maybe Midodrine, if it's needed. They know about POTS. Not the same diagnosis, but related IMO.
If you haven't had the symptoms too long, you might get lucky with Lyme treatment and have it go away. I've had mine for decades, so no dice there.
