I've almost all my life been a 120/80 type guy, even years into diagnosis. The last year or so I've had a lot of 130/90 or 135/95 or 130/88 type readings.
I have been drinking Hibiscus tea which is supposed to lower it naturally, watching what I eat, I've even lost about 7-8 pounds and will probably lose more b/c I have something going on with my pancreas.
Just wondering if it is normal if you have lyme and co to have some high blood pressure show up out of nowhere. This has been going on 6-12 months.

I have always had blood pressure of 120/80 until Lyme. My pressure went to 145/89 most of the time and my GP put me on a light dose of blood pressure medicine which took it down to approximately 119/77. With the crazy evolving illnesses Lyme gives you, I am glad to be on BP meds - at least one physical stat is regulated.
I also take COQ10 to protect the heart.
