Does anyone know if chia seeds work as a binder? Seems like they would.
I have been doing any anti-parasite protocol & I'm in a lot of pain. I dowsed phylum, charcoal etc. and it's saying "no" but I've been craving chia like crazy… (Chia is "yes").
I've been soaking them in pineapple juice & water. I could drink gallons…

You're drinking sugar if you're adding pineapple juice to them.
Chia can help move things along, but I don't think they bind anything.

Thanks!
Sugar is OK with me. I try not to overdo it. I mix it with water & juice... I looked up chia seeds on google & they are really good for you. I didn't know the full extent...
I'm using canned pineapple juice so I don't know if it still has the enzymes.
I know binders are very important but I dowsed it a while back. I kept getting not to take any binders. I believe that herbal medicines may stay in the body longer than what most people think. If you take binders, it can absorb the beneficial effects of the herbs.
If chia provides motility without absorbing the beneficial effects of the herbs - that may be good enough.
Charcoal & clay probably absorb everything like vitamins, minerals & any drugs or herbs... Just making an educated guess here. I don't know for sure.
