It isn't joint pain but it's in the tissues. I'm looking into kratom but it will soon be illegal. Natural substances preferred.

Thanks.

The basic concept is to go for antioxidants [another term often used is "free radical quenchers"] found mostly in bright, rich & deep colors of the plant world.

These help the liver / kidneys better function and, in turn, help reduce inflammation. In addition to relieving inflammation, food based antioxidants provide an array of key nutrients for the body.

More detail about how antioxidants are key leaders in anti-inflammation:

Movement of the body tissue: massage & lymph massage; shi-at-su; ultrasound therapy; warm packs / gentle heat; gentle yoga; gentle pilates; strolling or light dance moves to music you enjoy.

Water therapy.

Move the "Chi" with acupuncture, meditation, visualization, medical hypnosis, etc.

Move "Chi" and the body: Tai Chi; Qigong, etc.

Attention to body mechanics / posture / movement . . . and proper supportive footwear at all awake times other than when bathing or resting periods. If you are up, put good tires on your feet.

Frankincense essential oil. I like to massage it in mixed with Blu Emu lotion. Ramping up on detoxing sometimes helps me a lot with pain.

I went to a Korean sauna that has these little red clay earth balls. It was good.

FYI - it was like the red clay ball sauna room here:

They may have something like this in your area. If you have an area where Koreans live - they usually have something like this. It's one of their specialties - it's called a jjimjilbang.

Like Lymetoo is saying, curcumin/turmeric - works wonders for me - I get turmeric in bulk at the health food store and dip empty 00-size capsules into it, take a couple a day, works pretty quickly.

curcumin / tumeric helped my son a lot. I could not take it - use caution if you have gallbladder issues.

^^^ what Keebler said!

Massage therapy can be great as well, I would suggest a very light touch for massage your first few times while it gets everything moving.

I Watch carefully what I eat. These foods increase my inflammation and make pain much worse:

Sugar
Wheat
Dairy
Eggs
Processed foods

Certain foods can increase inflammation greatly. Inflammation is your enemy when you have chronic pain. It takes a few weeks of discontinuing offending foods before you see results -- but when you add it back in, you may see pain pretty quickly

Acupuncture and Qi Gong are good to start. Magnesium (you can get Magnesium oil, or start taking it in a totally absorbed way like the one in the link) will help too. Spirulina with all that stuff helps to clean the body.

Kratom is still legal in most states. Many people stood up & protested the decision to make it illegal. Hopefully, it will remain legal.

Tai Chi and Quigong help me, and I take magnesium. I also work on accepting a certain level of pain.
