I would try one at a time since you react to stuff so easily.
You can also up the amount of mangosteen you are drinking. It will help too.

Yes, I have heard of using all of those. I would suggest you start SLOW.
Turtle SLOW. They all can pack quite a punch.
I'd also suggest doing only one at a time for a few weeks, so you know which one may be causing any side effects you might have.
Caprylic acid was way too strong for me. I couldn't tolerate it.
Yeast is a fungus.
Oil of Oregano has been a big help to my mom.
