This looks like a crock of s*** to me. I'm not tossing mine, it costs too much and I live in Florida where we just passed medical marijuana.
I think this is totally ridiculous and by the DEA? I believe they are going to get quite a bit of resistance.
As far as it being addictive...pffft. I sometimes even forget to take mine when I'm in pain which is often.

Obviously, Pharma is working on some "miracle drug" that costs 1000 dollars a month that is made of CBD and has the same benefits. It's the only rational explanation here. They know it has no potential for "abuse".

What a bunch of you-know-what!! Follow the $$. You can't get high from CBD hemp oil for Pete's sake. By law it has to be less than .03% THC, which is to say almost none at all. It is not the slightest bit addictive either. Grrrrr! Yet another power grab to make more $$ for Big Pharma.

There might be some hope for us yet! The DEA tried this on 2001 with hempseed oil and lost in court.
Not to mention that those of us in CBD states (yay Florida!), might be protected from this

If anything the CBD gets rid of the paranoia. It helps me a lot with anxiety as well

Jordana is right. There is no other reason for them to do this. Who you vote for matters, big time.

Are you guys getting relief from cbd? I keep hearing it's not useful and that one needs the whole plant (cbd+THC)to see results.

It really didn't do much for me but so far I've scored no miracles with anything I've tried including antibiotics. Some people swear by it, even without the THC.

- While hemp is not at all the same as any marijuana (they are such very distant relatives), I do find that taking organic hemp oil is very helpful in many ways. -
