I went to the mailbox to get mail. I went to step from the street up on the grass, misjudged the step, and fell flat out face first into the yard.
my neck snapped forward and back. I put my hands out and they landed in the grass. I went to my knees but my ankles went over the curb.
I am having severe neck pain, headaches, wrist and knee pain.
my jaws are so sore I can barely eat. and the tinnitus has gone through the roof. not even tv, road noise, air filter can stop the loud buzzing. my ears actually hurt. and of course when I'm in pain, my bp goes skyrocketing.
my eyes are now twitching. I'm sick to my stomach.
I am off the ativan and elavil. than heavens, so don't want to take anything. everything makes the tinnitus much worse.
I can tell this is going to be a long haul recovery.
lyme has made me such a kluttz. are you clumsy too?

You poor thing. . .
Yes, I fall and drop things a lot, usually in the kitchen.
Yes, tinnitis and vertigo NEVER go away. ENT doc gave me Xanax for very scary vertigo and it's been a lifesaver.
Thankfully the unrelently pain takes my mind off of these.
I m sorry but you might have to visit a doctor, to get checked.

Can you see a chiropractor? You could have something out of place in your neck which could be causing some of the symptoms in your head.
Hope you feel better soon.
