I would like to cut down on supplements due to expense/finances.

If you had to choose between krill oil or turmeric, which would you choose to keep?

Are both so important that I should keep them both?

Thanks!

Turmeric is EXTREMELY CHEAP, if you buy them in Indian stores (food)!

You can just mix it in a water glass and take it.

I was not lucky with turmeric (weak stomach), so I couldn't take it.

Krill oil is expensive... I would simply shift to either fish oil (clean source) or simply add crushed flaxseed to your food, daily. It's also a good source of Omega 3 (not as complete as fish or krill, but still good).

Never eliminate Omega 3 oils, while you are still ill. It helps with inflammation and loads of other things.

And electrolytes (simply add Rock Salt to water, 1L, until you feel it's salty, and sip that during the day).

Some people swear by Chia seeds, very very inexpensive compared to other seeds (even flaxseed is more expensive).

I LOVE Chia.

https://pforlife.com/why-chia-not-flax-fish-oil-or-algae.html

Much tastier than Flaxseed.

I add it to salads or rice, or soups.

Or simply to any milk (like rice milk, almond milk), or even to water!!!

I let it sit in the liquid for about 10 minutes, until it softens (it gets like a jelly consistence).

It is also a rich source of Omega 3, plus other vitamins.

If your budget is very low, go Chia. Some people think Chia is not good, though (I can't remember the reasons, but I do love it, and now I find it EVERYWHERE, most supermarkets etc).

Most are organic, very inexpensive.
