I was first infected with TBD in 2002 but went un-diagnosed until 2003. I then underwent several year of treatment, including antibiotics, by a LLD in MO.
After many years I finally started do well enough to get off of antibiotics and be able to live a somewhat normal life.
Then in 2014 I was rear ended by a car traveling at 50 mph while I was at a complete stop. Symptoms resurfaced after a matter of weeks.
I have been using antibiotics again on a limited basis and receiving IV vitamin C along with IV chelation to try to get back to remission ever since the car accident in 2014.
I am trying to get the insurance company of the at-fault driver to cover my treatment expenses.
Which brings me to my question: Does anyone know of a case study or documented cases of a relapse occurring after a car accident/major stress on the body?
I would appreciate you sharing any information that would help me in this battle with the insurance company. Thank you
