I hope the meds are helping you....so you can make your plans for the trip you have scheduled soon.
I did read your post about being fearful of chiro and I'm kinda the same way. Who's a good one, who's a bad one?
So 6 mths ago someone recommended a lady that does Myofascial Release. OMG, this lady has been a blessing to me. My hip and right leg had gotten so bad....I was ready to get a cane.
She started working on me every two weeks and working on my bad lower back that happens to be connected to my bad hip.
After your trip, try searching the web for someone near your Texas location for this type of body work.

You are right, Pam. I used to have a PT who was trained in Active Release Therapy. I'm sure it's similar to myofascial. He changed my life .. but he moved after being here about 2 years.
