P.S. -- does the chlorella need to be taken on an empty stomach?
Have to rife every other day for outbreaks, the neurotoxins are rocking my world. Because of abnormally low cholesterol, can't take cholestepure, etc. Bentonite clay usually works best

It varies. Start slow, if you don't know chlorella.
I'm used to chlorella, so I just put a handful of them and ingest that all at once, no matter when (before eating, after eating, in the morning, night I don't care).
When I'm in a bad herx, I just take a lot of chlorella.
But some people cannot tolerate chlorella, so taking a lot can be dangerous.
I know chlorella from many years of experience, so that is how I do.
my daughter started on chlorella at the age of 2, and now she's 13, and she takes it in any amount, as she feels. She goes on her own, pick the pills, take them.
She takes them when she feels a bit tired, anxious, tummy pains, dizzy, bad mood. She has been using it for 10 years too, so now I don't even have to measure it for her.
She never takes less than 8 pills at a time, though, or they make no visible effect for her.
