Seems like I wake and my twitching, burning, and of course the old fatigue is always worse in the a.m. (also when flying the pressure causes the twitching to go nuts in my legs) Going to start hitting saunas today, slowly at first..

I used to have major twitching in my legs at rest too. Mine slowly went away.

Vitamin D and magnesium are good things to take for this (and also for cramping.)

Best wishes!

Something I found that helps me greatly in the morning is drinking 16-24 oz water. I started at 16 oz and have worked my way up.

First thing out of bed I drink and drink and drink my water. I tell myself, I can't have my morning coffee until I've done something good for my body. Lyme & co made me a huge water drinker. It's my drink of choice always.

It never dawned on me that I could be dehydrated upon awakening from going several hours with no water.

Many of your symptoms could be your body crying for hydration. I couldn't believe how much more energy I had in the am.

BTW, the body is able to process room temperature water much better than cold or iced water. I always have my stainless steel water containers lined up on the counter with room temp water.
