Besides diet, what other ways to keep the yeast down. I am doing diflucan a few times a week but really don't want to add more drugs as i just started my abx regiment and I don't want to stop it.

Can I say, diet is a great way to starve the yeast, so if you can get on a strict nonyeast diet, that's doing a lot. There are nonyeast cookbooks too, with real recipes!
My candida doctor said I could cheat once a week. Only do that if you don't lose the diet afterwards!

I've found Candex to be a real help with a no sugar \anti candida diet.
I'll never forget coming off of root veggies as I thought they were fine for candida and boom, I've never had such a candida die off. I was unable to even do probiotics at that time and it made my anxiety go through the roof. That eventually passed thankfully,
Candida is something you want to take very seriously and do all you can to avoid it. Diet is huge! Probiotics help too. I also take capryllic acid and Thorne sf22 - and that's about it. Hope this helps you!
