I will be taking it on alternating days. I hear it can help with candida, parasites and lyme.

The dose says to take 1 450 mg cap 3x/day.

Should I start slow on this? Like with one/day? The off days i will be taking A-Bart

I dunno ..trying tincture now for bart adjuct ...for parasites realfoodrebel has a good dosing of whole herb

There is no harm in starting with one just to be sure. I didn't get a reaction when I went up to 3 per day.

For parasites, it's good to take black walnut and wormwood to get all three forms.

Neither of those kill parasites. If you're going after parasites, you need to go after all three forms.
