I know rifampin has to be taken with something else but could that somethin else be bactrim to kill bart ? I hate zithro and biaxin [Frown]

Bactrim should do the trick. Any of the tetracyclines could work too.

You mean that bactrim with rifampin or bactrim on its own ?

With rifampin. Sorry I wasn't very clear there. You always want two intracellular antibiotics together when you're treating Bart.
