Besides my twitching and burning does anyone have weakness also. Legs are sometimes weak and most neuropathy is there.

My first and major symptom of lyme was extreme muscle weakness. At first it came and went, but as time went by, it would be there for about 7 months and then gone for 5 each year.
Eventually, it was permanent.
My legs shook like jello if I tried to walk down stairs. I could not do a deep knee bend. I dreaded having to rise up from a chair or step up a curb. I could only stand/walk for about a minute.
It affected ALL my muscles when it got bad. So, I could only hold a phone to my head for 30 seconds. I had to rest twice while getting ready for work. I couldn't hold my mouth open to have my teeth cleaned.
This is a neurological issue and not a muscular one. In the beginning, I could be totally weak one day and it would be totally gone the next, like a switch was thrown.
One day I could be climbing 7-story Mayan ruins and the next I couldn't stand for more than a minute.
It is lyme affecting your nerves that connect to muscles.
I hope you are taking seriously the requirement in Burrascano to do one continuous hour of weightlifting every other day. I credit that with my recovery as much as the antibiotic treatment I received.
The doc who cured me told me at my first visit that I would never clear lyme if I didn't do this exercise. He may as well have told me to climb Mt. Everest.
Nevertheless, I began to attempt it and eventually, after about 3 months I had worked up to 1/2 hour of weightlifting by doing each set of muscles for a few minutes.
When I got to a full hour, I could really see the difference in my health.
Don't let this terrible weakness stop you. You can still do the weightlifting. If you can only do leg lifts for one minute, then switch to crunches, then back exercises, bench press, some arm weights, etc.
Use light weights and do many repetitions. And, don't worry about the weakness. You will see it listed as a common lyme symptom on p. 9 of Burrascano:
Obvious muscle weakness
