For those of you that have this gene defect, what do you do?
I have this gene mutation. My LLMD didn't ever feel it was a super serious issue, but I'm looking into it and wondering if I address it, then I will detox better/feel better.

I'm just sure to eat a lot of greens. I shoot for 3 cups per day. I try to use a variety rather than just one kind. That gives me a natural source of folate.

Thank you! Does that usually make the difference for you? Have you ever supplemented with specific b vitamins?

I did supplement with specific vitamins for the problem initially, but they seemed to just make me feel bad. I tried a couple different kinds. I feel much better getting it from food sources.
I'm no longer fighting Lyme, so I can tell when it's the supplement making me feel bad since I generally feel good.
