Has anyone ever heard of bile salts / digestive enzymes from pigs?

- I'd want to know where the pigs came from and not from industrial pig farms that are so prolific.
I'd hope they be from "happy" pigs given space to live and not tortured as are pigs in the mainstream food processing plants. -

- A Google search of: Porcine Based Bile Salts
brings up a good brand but it's OX bile: Vital Nutrients - they have an excellent reputation for their whole line.
You might gain more detail from them.
Also Wobenzyme might be something to look into though I can't remember about their sources. -

Thanks Keebler.
Yes, all of the good brands I have found have ox bile in them or are bovine based.
Surprised this search has been so tough!
