I've tried cbd, alpha gpc, phosphditylserine, carnitine, ala, will be trying coq10; . Things I'm thinking about are low dose naltrexone, boswala (sp?). I have ldn but was trying the cbd first. My guess is it's either the Lyme or Bart. I'm on stuff to kill it as well. I'm just so anxious when in pain and anticipation of the pain that I'm about to lose my mind if I don't start getting some results. Hopelessness and crying spells.

Ultram (tramadol) is a prescription pain med that works pretty well for nerve pain specifically.
You could ask the doc for some and try it when pain gets really bad.
Break one in half and try a half. This way, it won't interfere with whatever you need to do that day.
Also, I have found that if I take a pain pill of any kind, it works best if I will remain still after taking it. So, sitting or laying down gives the best relief, I have found.
Also, my dentist advises people to take a Tylenol and Advil together. I am amazed at how well this works for dental nerve pain that I can easily get from nearly any procedure on the right side of my face. I can have this pain for days, weeks, months and the Tylenol plus Advil will work so wonderfully for it.
I have determined that I likely have atypical odontalgia on the right side of my face since a tooth extraction 18 months ago. This is a sensory nerve pain. Not fun.
I wish you the best. Too much pain prevents healing, so you need to get something that will be effective.

Going to echo Brussels on medical cannabis. It's supposed to work to take down nerve pain.
The Sacred Plant folks are running a how-to/hands-on weekly webinar every Tuesday at 9pm EST/6pm PST for the next several weeks - very, very informative - I suggest you watch. Each hour episode is available for free viewing for 48 hours.

Hi 6H: When my nerve pain was the worst it was a result of bart or babs (sorry I am not sure which). It seemed Rifampin kicked it and so did mepron/malerone(after) with real power. So for me, it was getting rid of the infection.
Additionally, I was on low dose naltrexone for awhile as well as B12 shots. Both I think contributed as well. Healing my gut with the GAPS diet really seemed to help as well. Godspeed.
