I have been feeling better than I have in a long time but i do find current symptoms get worse at night.
Feeling grateful as it use to be all the time with no brake and many more symptoms.
From the morning up to around 6 PM I feel well. Around 6/6:30 I start feeling badly with symptoms kicking in. At this time I just look forward to the night/ take sleep meds and call it at night.
Does anyone else experience this?

It's very common with lyme to really fade fast after late afternoon & feel a million times worse, day after day

although there is also a very late night second wind that can be hard to fight as well, more in a sense of "over" brain stimulation than in body energy, though - the wired but tired stuff.

Whenever - actually before if you can - you get that feeling of the wind being sucked our of your sails (cells), try to dock your boat and rest. I know you are working, though, try to take a short break if you can to meditate or do a bit of gentle rejuvenating yoga of sorts. A good snack with protein, carbs and fat.

Does your work have a quiet room / nap room and can you ask for "reasonable accommodation" due to disability? that would be a formal meeting with your HR director where you formally file for such. You need not tell them lyme, it's best to leave that out, just that you have a medical need.

Might you be able to shorten your work day, thought that would lighten your paycheck, too, but if there is anyway to alter your workload for a few months, that might be life saving.

Be sure you are getting enough real good food in all three categories: carbohydrates, protein, fat.

Have your doctor check your red blood cells to be sure you are not anemic.

I think I got you mixed up with the last post I read where someone was working. I'm too tired to go back and edit my reply, though. Still, alter what you can if possible.
