I am wondering if hot flashes (not sweats ) are a bart thing it babesia ?

Chest tightness - can it be either bart or babs or is it generally one ?

Can you have babesia without drenching night sweats ?

I have never had drenching sweats just hot flashes with a tight chest. I tested positive for babesia microti and duncani and lyme. I'm not certain if I have bartonella or not.
