Hi Friends! Long time no talk. I've been doing very well....or was!

I've been on only herbs for years. About a month ago I started getting muscle twitches in my right bicep only. I noticed this randomly at night. Now the last few days I'm getting them ALL the time. Nowhere else but right bicep!

When I google, it says ALS and I'm so worried!!

Anyone else get them only in one muscle?

I started magnesium. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Take plenty of magnesium .. which kind are you taking?

You might also consider potatssium... but get it checked first.

I used to get them everywhere, eyes, fingers, arms, biceps, and the ones in my thighs, I would try to will them away. Ha.

I swear by Epsom salt baths. 20 minutes, 2 cups full. Immediate relief of pains and twitches. Magnesium goes through skin to muscles ASAP.

Hope this helps
