Im getting onto the candida diet so I've taken some sugar out, been eating more stevia, and upped my nystatin to 4 pills a day from 3. I've been in 3 for like 8 mos. I only did 3 bc when I initially saw my candida was high I was also put on diflucan, which seemed to cause me bone pain (which my doc assumed was die off after I brought it up). I was also on lamisil.
So at that time I eased back on the diflucan and nystatin. And also stated on curcumin which seemed to help. I've been on it ever since.
I stopped the diflucan and been only on nystatin for many mos. I also started back on lamisil about 4 weeks ago.

The bone pain started up about 4 days ago.
In addition to the changes already mentioned, I've gone off some minerals and other supps bc it was thought I didn't need them anymore. Also had NET therapy done this past Thursday (6 days ago from this opst date). And she told me I may have an increase in symptoms for the next 7-10 days.

Any of these things maybe be causing this pain?

Gotta laugh! My answer is... heck if I know!

[lol]

My thought is you've made many changes and have a lot going on so it would be difficult for anyone to say for sure.

I would first relate the pain to the fact someone said your symptoms may increase. They did, so that makes sense.

If the pain doesn't stop after the 10 days (give it a couple of weeks) and you aren't changing things around so much it is hard to tell, then reexamine where you are at then.

Anything more I could say would just be opinion, off the wall, and have no science backing it up.

Hope you do feel better soon though!
