And wondering why I ever stopped it a couple years ago. It genuinely makes my Lyme symptoms reduce. I always had a feeling inside that it just worked because I bought it month after month for nearly a 3 year continuous period. Anyway if anybody needs a brand and dosage, I do Pure Encapsulations Grapefruit Seed Extract, 250 mg per pill. I do 3 pills, twice a day. So 1500 mg per day. I remember that Ivr also added a 3rd daily dose midday for some periods and felt that even worked better. That would be 2250 mg per day. Pure Encapsulations is really the best supplement company Ive found because their pills are vegetarian and low ingredient, just plant cellulose. Good luck.

Great to know.

What I like with plants, herbs, etc is that they are not single-targeting substances.

today I was testing babesia and bart herbs for someone, and surprisingly found out so many herbs, tinctures test good for both.

Even homeopathic such as Ruta graveolens!!!

So she's on just 4 stuff to cover both bart and babs!! But each case is a case. Her Borrelia is very low gear now.

And definitively, the spice cardamon keeps testing good for babs...

Dipsacus fullonum or sylvestris tested good for one of them (not for Bb). Funny!

I love to test new plants for old infections!

And to see how each person reacts differently.

And how some plants are good today, but tomorrow not. Or vice versa.

That is why it's harder to use plants: they are multi-faceted, for sure!!

But the hardest thing is to keep combining plants, so that when the body's ecology or problems change, the combination of plants you need also change.

that's the beauty (and the difficult point) of plants: it's never static!!

Keep us informed about your GSE results!!!

Stephfino, my LLMD used it as a cyst buster for me.

Christopher, I'm glad you found something that helps. GSE was always terrible for me. It made me feel horrible. It just shows that we're all different.

I'm trying GSE and it seems to be one of the things that actually help. I hope I can get some real improvement from taking it. A lot of herbs just don't seem to do much for me.

I decided to try 1500mg a day also, and it seems to be a good amount. I haven't had any side effects, but I'm not sure how long I will take that much. I'm using Nature's Way brand capsules.
