1) Having gi upset and hot feeling in stomach. Thought it might be due to 3 mos on mino. I asked my llnd and she said aloe Vera juice am and pm. Thing is I read aloe can be a laxative. And I have gi issues so I don't want to make that worse. Should I just take a few sips?
She also said take activated charcoal 1 hr after mino
2) can mino cause those things 3 mos into taking it?

I could not take aloe vera, because it upset my stomach. I felt bad on aloe juice, or aloe products.
Now I seem to tolerate it, but it's been years of avoidance!!
for some people, aloe vera is soothing their GI tracts, skin, stomach...
I guess, you gotta try and ramp up slowly?

Traditional Chinese Medicine chart says to cool the stomach- apples, celery (you can juice it),lettuce, blueberries, pears, mangoes, peppermint and watermelon.
I would only take charcoal two hours after antibiotic if needed. But before using a binder I, myself, would look at chlorophyll as it can soothe the stomach lining.

I can't wait 2 hrs Bc that's when I eat something and take my pills. So can chlorophyll take the place of aloe and charcoal? Any side effects? I've heard yes some can't tolerate aloe.

Everyone is different, so everyone on here will say different things. I would take everything exactly as your LLMD suggested. You can always switch things up if certain things don't work for you. As far as dosing, it's best to call your LLMD and ask
I drink aloe vera juice every day because the alkalinity is really soothing to my stomach and bladder, and because it reduces inflammation. Aloe vera has many health benefits.

Yeah my doc didn't specify dose. Always ends up in many calls and messages to clarify. Then I feel like a bother. Yeah it does. I've been taking 1 oz in 2 oz of juice. Didn't notice anything.
