Going ON: Biocidin - 2 drops, 3x/day (anti-microbial; for gut; candida) Itraconazole - 100 mg 2x/week--work up to 1 tab daily (systemic anti-fungal-candida) Houttuynia - start w/1 drop (broad spectrum antiviral and antibacterial herb; bart; immune sys help) Sacro B (probiotic)
I'm on other things too but these are the changes.
1) are these doses slow enough? Should I go slower?
2) I think to start one at a time, maybe every 3 days (except the probiotic--start right away)
--so go off Mino, go on biocidin wait 3 days --go off Nystatin, go on itraconizole wait 3 days --go off acyclovir, go on Houttuyia

I would wait a little longer than 3 days between each change, as sometimes reactions to new things take a few days to show.

So perhaps a week? And is the order ok or doesn't matter much? My doc didnt say either way, though I didnt ask. I tend to have to look things up on my own, which pisses me off.
