My LLMD called yesterday and said I was positive with lyme along with babesia. She said band 34 came up positive. Can anyone tell me what this band means?

For folks that feel they have been cured, what happens to the Western results? Is it expected that the bands will go negative?

No .. the bands may change, but normally the patient will show positive even when recovered.

True!! That's why we should go by symptoms, not the test when deciding whether or not we are finished treating.
