I have a lot of anxiety and worse crying jags everyday. Most of my other symptoms have resolved. Recently tge crying jags have become more intense. Like panick attacks. I have no control over them. Can anyone tell me if the suffer(ed) from this and what can I do for relief, healing.... what is the cause? I am on the Cowden protocol right now and was see results until mid january 2018. I cut back because we thought I was having detox issues. I think I may have a raging bartonella infection. Dont know. I really need a resolution to the crying. Please, please help.

Welcome to Lyment Gnienay

Very sorry to hear of your sufferring and debilitating symptoms.

We are not medical professionals so we can't advise you on what would be the best medical treatments for you. But what we can do, is try to find you a way to get some much needed answers to your current state.

You say you are on the Cowden protocol. Do you have a LLMD ? Have you been diagnosised with Bartonella ?

You need a medical professional that specializes in Tick Borne Infections. And you live in Kentucky, which means LLMD's are scarce. You might have to travel to find a Lyme litterate professional that fits your needs.

Let us know how we can help you, and we will.

my Dr said Babesia is notorious for causing bouts of weepiness. Have you been checked and treated for Babesia?

Babesia, and yes we have babesia in Kentucky. Big time.

Crying is not always a bad thing. It's also the body's way of detoxing out some trash.

But doing things to help you relax might be beneficial. Watching comedy, resting frequently, detox baths, listening to music, acceptance that this too shall pass.

Detox bath: 2 cups Epsom salt, 1 cup baking soda in warm water bath for 15-20, even twice a day if needed. Magnesium is calming to the body. The skin is the largest organ in the body.

I have an llmd. I do detox methods: baths, lemon water, detox with Cowden. I spoke with Dr. Cowden and he said to use food grade diatemaceaous earth to pull out toxins.
Nothing ever takes the anxiety and crying away. Its ruining my life. Im so tired, im afraid. Crying now, which is earlier

than usual.

I had this. Treatment in general helped - probably mostly Babs and Bart treatment.

And a lot of singing at the top of my lungs and dancing when I was able. I had a few bouts of this when at work, and my co-workers would always check in, and I'd say, I'm OK, just have to have a quick cry...felt like it always came out of nowhere.

Best of luck, Gnienay.
