I feel like I am going crazy. I am on aBabs only but increased the drops from four to five twice a day. I also went for a massage yesterday and she did a deep tissue massage which was so painful that I had to tell her to stop. I can barely breath today, this rocking of the boat feeling is horrible today. Why am I not getting any better? I feel like I am not on enough medicine to get rid of babesia and lyme. My head feels so odd, and my anxiety is through the roof. I cry at a drop in the bucket for no reason other than I know I am sick and no one believes me.

I also have this weird thing going on. my body itches constantly, especially my hands and bottom of my feet for the past week. I thought it might of been the Epson salt bath I had last week but I have stopped them for now and I am still itching and when I put my hands in water, weather its hot warm or cold, they hurt. Such a painful thing.

Are you taking any binders to bind up the toxins and carry them out?

Also my husband uses burbur to help clear the herxes.

My husband always herxes after any chiropractic adjustment or massage.

Drink plenty of clean water to help flush toxins.

Milk thistle/dandelion root can help your liver detox.

The juice of half a lemon in water is also a good detox.

You are NOT going crazy.
We BELIEVE you.

The beginning of treatment is the ABSOLUTE worst.
It WILL get better.
Hang tough Linda.
If your body tells you to take a break, then stop.

You say you had a full body deep massage. I remember when a friend bought me a gift certificate for one and boy did I suffer for 1 week after. The massage releases toxins from your lymph nodes into your blood stream. Which is good because the meds will kill whatever it is able to in the blood stream. But you will herx so it's time up your detox methods to several times a day. Your body will elimate the toxins through urine, stool, sweating, ect.

thank you so much for telling me I'm not crazy because I truly feel it at times. I am getting more and more depressed and it scares me. I am only taking Ativan and honestly, a lot of the time it doesn't help this horrible anxiety. I cannot figure out why I am crying all the time. I don't do much detoxing other than Epson baths and lemon water. Any other suggestions to help this horrible feelings. I appreciate the replies because this is a horrible disease and I believe it has messed with my psch. When will this get better. My llmd wants me to take 20 drops am and pm, totally 40 a day. I am only on six twice a day. How the hell am I going to be able to handle all those drops?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do about this horrible anxiety. I can barely breath at times, I always feel like I am trying to catch my breath.

I am sorry you are going through this! It is no fun! With any of the Byron White herbs, you are supposed to start at just a drop or so. Many dilute a drop into water and only drink half of it in the beginning. That is how powerful these herbs are!

You are instructed to go very slowly with increasing your dosage. And if you feel worse, you should slow down and go back to your previous dose. You are not supposed to feel worse with these herbs. It sounds like perhaps you were going too fast?

For binders, you can try taking chlorella or diatomaceous earth (food grade - not the kind for pools!) And start with small doses for both. You can order it on Amazon.

For the DE, start with just a half teaspoon per day mixed in water away from your meds and herbs. Gradually increase to full dose, which is a heaping tablespoon. The chlorella pills are tiny and a full dose (1 g) is usually 10 pills, I think. So perhaps just start with a few pills and see if it helps at all. Chlorella and DE have many health benefits!

The epsom salt baths help you to detox. Anything that makes you sweat can be good too. Hang in there. Did you ever ask your doc about lithium orotate? That can help with anxiety and depression too.

Sending hugs your way! [group hug]

thank you so much. I have an apt in another week and will ask about it for the anxiety. She wanted me to go on lamictal right from the start and I said no. I think I went too fast with the ababs so I will back down a bit. thanks so much for the help.

You can herx on any amount. Everyone is different. Your bacterial load could be very high.

A-BAB is very strong. I could not tolerate it. Dosage needs to be individualized. Don't worry about getting to the maximum dosage. It sounds like it is definitely hitting your symptoms.
