ive been having random palpitations and abnormal heart rhythym issues since last year when i noticed the onset of my worse symptoms occur and they always peak at night
but now fast forward to this month and im now left with erectile dysfunction and poor blood flow down south so im curious if this is bartonella or any lyme co-infection invading my immune system
because i have strange dripping sensations of water droplets flowing through my insides on evenings and even fluid leaking around my upper right thigh when im running and doing exercises,
im just fearing all this poor blood flow from whatever infection i have will lead to an invetible heart attack and im only 35 despite me being average build for my 5'11 frame,
has bartonella caused this much misery on people and they suffered a stroke from it?
Its also brought on major cognition impairment along with derealization struggles and brain fog plus visual snow, floaters, light streaks, sensitivity to light, gi symptoms ( diarrhea, delayed bowel movements) tinnitus, and some skin manifestations (lumps, petaticha, acne breakouts)
I had a western blot done many months from labcorp and the result came back negative but im still confident i have a lyme infection that isnt being detected,
would you suggest i need an llmd because the mainstream doctor aint doing me any favors on this case,
id like to get the igenex western blot done sometime but i have no income and ive been unemployed for years because of this setback and it's causing extreme social anxiety (some suicidal thoughts) with my derealization and the hangover effects it produces from being exposed to too much stimulating environments,
i really have no clue where to begin because i honestly have a poor support system that doesnt believe me either and think its anxiety

I personally don't think you need to spend money on testing, since you're very symptomatic for Lyme. Best if you could figure out a way to get to a Lyme doctor.
There is a lot of info out on Lyme now. Perhaps your support system could get educated about it, to realize more what you're dealing with?

I'm sorry you're sick. Yes, definitely see a LLMD. They are experts about Lyme Disease and co-infections.
You can make a post in the "Seeking A Doctor" forum and people can recommend LLMDs in your area
I also recommend seeing a therapist because it's really helpful and important to have support while going through all of this

Im in the process of gathering the funds for my igenex western blot testing but i was wondering if the igenex's standard western blot does a great job at finding bartonella,
i even am dealing with possible parasites infections with my gi tract under assault because i have frequent inconsistent bowel movements where ive been going several days without passing stools along with continuous stomach gurgling and bubbling
(yes ive even noticed suspicious pinworm or parasite hookworms, liver flukes on many occasions from those stools) any thoughts on the igenex testing?

The LymeTap program listed in the link above helps cover IGeneX testing.
The Western blot, or Immunoblot test, is for Lyme. A different test is for bartonella.
I don't think IGeneX does intestinal testing. Other companies do. I think Genova Diagnostics may.
