Hello, all.

Hoping to poll everyone to find out what brand is working best for you. Looking specifically for general support from magnesium; to ensure that all of my body’s processes are working optimally from this vital element.

Appreciate the updated wisdom so very much!

I like what the person says...

But I suppose, if you have a mix of different magnesiums is better than single chemicals.

I'm putting magnesium citrate in my liposomal mixture. Next time I buy magnesium, I'll try glycinate.

I like Mag glycinate. I use Metagenics brand, but I don't think you can buy it online. I get it from a chiropractor.

Thank you ALL so much!!! I used to use a lot of mag many years back...and tried a variety of formulations and brands. It’s awesome to get an updated and trusted opinion on this.

Thanksgiving tidings to you all.

Vital Nutrients has a good blend of magnesium.

I buy some from Swanson's Vitamins for my husband. I avoid glycinate myself due to the oxalates in it.

Just wanted to check in again to also thank Lymetoo and kidsgotlyme for the input. It’s great to get different perspectives from others as to the helpfulness of various formulations and brands.

Again, I appreciate all the help.

Be well...
