Does such a thing exist? A pill or something we can make?

Drink a freshly squeezed lemon in some water (don’t add sugar or any artificial sweetener).
Dr H recommends this as another great way to detox. And I actually like it best. (Just rinse your mouth out well afterward to protect teeth enamel. )

What are the benefits you are looking for from the Alka Selzer Gold ????

The ingredients are different tho, except for the potassium. And this has 3x less potassium than asg. Does any of that matter?

In my experience, it works just as well as the Alka Seltzer Gold. Some of the doctors in the AAEM (American Academy of Environmental Medicine) have used it for many years to help buffer or clear allergic reactions of sensitive patients because it's tolerated well by exquisitely sensitive patients.
I've found it to have an incredibly long shelf life and to be affordable (per use) and it's not fizzy.

Yes, Tri-Salts have been used for decades to counter and neutralize reactions.
I have never thought of it as a detox......nor Bi-Carb or Alka-Seltzer Gold.

If you want another recommendation from Dr. H, try “Pekana Detox & Drainage Kit”. This is very gentle but effective. My favorite.

I was going to say baking soda. I can almost hear my grandfather telling me I need a dose of soda anytime I need it. It's very old-fashioned, but works great.
