I was hoping to get some advice on my symptom, test results and drs in the North Jersey/NYC area.
MDL labs IgM faint signals at band 41,39,34,23 IgG faint signals at band 93,58,41
Symptoms Unexplained Muscle pain in the thoracic and rib area on my left side. Muscle spasms throughout my back. Raynauds on my left two middle toes with intense pain. Feet always cold with numbness on and off.

You must become your own health care advocate. Learn all you can about Tick Borne Infections. When a tick bites you, you are infected with multiple pathogens. . . It is NEVER just Lyme (Borrellia).

Copy and paste that so you can refer back to it. I guarantee everytime you reread it, you will learn something new. It's so compressive and informative !
Start a folder with everything medical included. Copies of all blood tests, medical procedures, medical providers seen, all meds, all daily symptoms. Get your financial affairs in order, Lyme Disease is expensive to treat. Most LLMD'S don't participate in insurances unfortunately.

Faint signals, is that a joke? If you take a pregnancy test does it show faintly pregnant. No, it's either negative or positive.
You are producing anti-bodies to Lyme therefore you have been exposed. Lyme won't be the only bacteria(s) or viruses that will need treatment.
These labs that have changed the language on their testing results are criminal.
You need a Lyme literate doctor to help you. I highly recommend that you search the web for a local Lyme support group.
Today there are active support groups from coast to coast. They are the folks that know which doctors are treating in your area, or state, or a state near by.
They also know which doctors to avoid. Majority of these groups have Facebook private pages or private websites where you can communicate your needs with them.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
Read the books written by the top LLMD, Dr. H. titled, "Why Can't I Get Better?" and "How Can I Get Better?". They are an excellent source of information.
Also "Cure Unknown" by Pamela Weintraub. Check your local library or buy it used on Amazon.
