I know to an extent, falling asleep, this is normal. I was in bed listening to calming noises, getting tired, the a whole body spasm. Which I've had before. During the day sometimes I'll have limb spasms. Is this normal? Is this lyme and cos? I'm freaking myself out... I'm afraid to fall asleep. Anything I can do? Or Should I not even worry?

Sounds like bartonella. It causes twitching, jerking and spasms. You have to keep on top of your symptoms and switch treatment when they symptoms indicate something else has come to the surface.
Other indications of bart are insomnia, irritation, headaches, sore soles of feet in am, painful shins, depression, feeling of depersonalization and skin changes (including mottled skin, crusty moles, dents or nodules or swelling etc).
If your IQ drops 20 points, you get back cramps in odd places, like your back or buttocks, and you are overwhelming exhausted, suspect babesia.
One of the most common reasons for treatment failure is treating borrellia on and on and on when that is dormant and not the current problem.
Borrellia has a 28 day cycle. Recognize your cycle when the symptoms are worse (mine was the full moon). When you no longer have the 28 day fall apart thing going on, time to reassess.

Besides paying attention to the issues listed by nefferdun, it may be your body's call for more magnesium.
It is something which can be simply done as you are sorting out the situation.

Thanks. I'm suspected of having babs and Bart already. I sometimes get irritable but I think it's normally b4 my period. Headaches now and then. The worse are the stabbing ones. Had tension like headaches past 3 days but may be due to weather I dunno. I dont have any of those other symptoms. And havent ever seen a correlation b/t the moon and my symptoms. That I could tell. I'm on 720 mg of mag and use a mag spray on my feet.

6Hypnone--I started with myoclonus about a year after getting bit--after a flu shot.
It has definitely decreased so I only get one or 2 limb jerks per month, but I used to fall down because they were so bad.
I do take clonazepam to control the spasms and have decreased that significantly.
Hang in there. You will get through this.

Well the amount I'm On is already 6 pills. So maybe 10 or more mag pills is normal?

6H--My myoclonus improved significantly during my treatment. Not with antibiotics but with infrared treatment and energy healing.

I do have infrared sauna 1/week but haven't seen any difference. However, I do have mold issues I have not addressed yet. Just found out.
