Hey all!

Long time no talk. I’ve been away for years and thought I’d come back to see who was still around lol

Hope everybody has been doing well.

My question is in regards to sensitivities to herbs, vitamins, and even abxs with Lyme. This is killin me for sure. I can’t take anything or I get awful symptoms (joint pain, mood swings, insomnia, jittery, etc).

I’ve lost way too much weight and Adrenal supplements have always really helped in my Lyme treatment.

Does anyone with sensitivities have a go-to Adrenal support product?

What can be done about sensitivities that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg?

My hubby has been able to take the Gaia Herbs Adrenal Support and the Dr James Wilson's Adrenal Support without adverse effects.

He tends to be sensitive to a lot of things.

I think it depends on whether your cortisol is too low or too high as to what would help. Mine is too high at night and what has helped me is:

Seriphos at night, one cap every 2 hrs. as needed to sleep

Ashwagandha, one cap every morning before morning cortisol spike at about 8 am.
