Brucella is as common as Borrelia, mycoplasma and most known common tick born infections, and also transmitted by ticks. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6206025/ It's symptoms can be diffuse like fever, etc, mimicking babesiosis or flu, or it can also be cutaneous, mimicking BARTONELLA or herpes, psoriasis, erythema, etc!!! https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3132922/ https://www.emjreviews.com/dermatology/article/skin-manifestations-associated-with-brucellosis/ Brucella can infect ANY organ, similar to lyme and some coinfections. In Europe, lyme disease used to be treated by alternative medicine with nosodes MAINLY from Brucela (Sanum product called Sanukehl Bruc). It's a very common pathogen, but few people know about it, treatments etc. It's worth to read the articles and check for yourself.
