Hi Lymetoo,

We've exchanged posts about mangosteen before. About how long after starting mangosteen/Xango did it start helping you with pain and inflammation?

Was it immediate or did you have to wait a while?

Within a few days .. for sure within a week. Are you taking plenty?

One ounce a day is not enough. I usually took three ounces. Two would suffice, but 3 is awesome!

I don't think there's any issue with safety. But bodily reactions that last a couple days can happen if we take too much. So I suggest going up slowly to see if you have any tolerance issues.
