so I was recently diagnosed with lyme finally, but the problem is this: I have a lot of allergies to antibiotics, therefore, llmd not sure how to treat me.

I am seeing an allergist for testing in two weeks to make sure I am still allergic because she would like to put me on iv instead of orals. Problem is I have constant stomach issues on the biaxin and plaquenil.

She seems complexed as to what to do and I am getting sicker and sicker and more depressed. What about going the herbal route? any success with that?

Thanks to anyone who can give me some advice.

I have a lot of allergies to abx too, but found I could tolerate oral clindamycin. So my question is, all abx, or might be there be some you could tolerate?

Many people are treating Lyme with the Buhner herbs and there are online support groups for it.

For depression - omega 3 supplements are very helpful.

Upset stomach - we use a variety of things: ginger capsules, peppermint tea, tulsi tummy tea, ginger tea.
