If a warm bath with Epsomsalts OR peroxide helps--what about both?

How much of each? Is it o.k for the kids?

Am I going to look like a "natural" blond if I do this?

Yes both. This was the only remedy that worked to help me through a very bad herx in 2001. First soak in the salts to open pores, then add peroxide.

Below is the website I used to get the right amounts for a bath. It wasnt working this morning so you may have to wait a while?? You will find the recipe about 1/2 way down the page. It is from a rheumatic website that is about long term antibioitc use. Many rheumatic arthritis sufferers use long term antibioitcs like we do. Only they dont catch the flack for it!
Good luck, but not sure about children??!!

My understanding is the goal is to use 2 cups of Epsom salts to a bottle or two of peroxide. But you want to build up to that amount. Some people are very sensitive and it causes them to feel weak and sleepy afterwards. That's why I save my baths for the evening when I don't have to be on my toes.

So start with 1/2c-1c of Epsom Salts as you fill the tub. About 5 minutes after you have been in the water add 1/2 bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide.

I buy mine at Costco. The Epsom Salts come in 6 lb. bags and the H2O2 in larger bottles than the drug store.

I don't see why children can't use the baths. But again, start with the lower amounts and work up to see how it is tolerated. I think it is recommended to do the baths a couple of times a week. It is good for pain and detoxing. Some may do them more frequently.

Best,
Karen

there is no reason why this would not be safe for children. the main ingredient in hydrogen peroxide is Oxygen which stimulates the body to getrid of toxins

the epson salt baths are great forus because its base is magnesium salts which helps pain
