What are some inhibitorsof Matrix mettaloproteinases( MMPs),medicines, or herbs/spices, involved with lyme and toher TBI?

Not sure if this has anything to do with Dr Shoemaker and Neurotoxicologist named Hudnell's theory that all of these diseases....
CFS, Fm, lyme, are caused by neurotoxins...and we won't get well until we clear them out of our bodies.
Utilization of Actos and CSM to build up our MSH(melanocyte-stimulating hormones) and to decrease our MMP9's so that our UBO's on our MRI's go away!
then we won't be sick anymore....!
