Some here have found help with just the right homeopathic treatment course.
With the recommendation of someone else having found success, this is promising. Still, be sure to ask how much he knows so you can rest easy. His being a pharmacist implies he has done his homework but don't be shy in your interview of him - even if he offers to waive part of all of the fee.
The set cost of $5,000 concerns me - even if he gives you a break.
Until he has done an evaluation on you I don't see how he could know how complex or simple - or how long - he would be working with you. He says he will see you anyway - that is fantastic but not sure if that means just for an assessment.
Homoepathy is one of the least expensive forms of treatment there is and it should not cost that much. Yes, those trained in this deserve a fair compensation for their education and assessment and it can take hours of interview and thought before arriving at a plan specific for each patient. And it can take a while with frequent changes in the treatment. That is expected. Still, saying up front it is a $5K treatment is of concern.
But it sounds like it is already determined to be primarily adrenal support. That sounds like some of the thorough evaluation has been discarded. Working with the adrenals is essential - and that fact is so often ignored. If you have done all the homework in understanding the infections and are treating them, this may be the help you need.
However, If the specific infections are not addressed - in all its shapes and cycles for the necessary time - and considering the biofilms - you can work with the adrenals till the cows come home and the infection will still be a concern.
Be sure all the bases are adequately covered. Be sure whomever you work with has read all the ILADS research so that they understand the very specific and complex nature of the spirochete and any other TBD or chronic stealth infections which which you deal.
The science of infection must be respected as well as the essentials of nutritional support. The person you have in mind may be there. But be very sure. You might also ask if this person is familiar with the very good work of the authors below. While not homeopathy, they describe their research and offer solid suggestions. Anyone working with you should be familiar with the works below.
Knowledge of Alan MacDonald's work on biofilm would be an added bonus.
I'm not saying that others may not have a good approach but many do miss the boat. Be sure your person has read the waters and studied the tides regarding the presenting infections and also will do so regarding your case.
This book, by an ILADS member LLMD, holds great information about treatments options and support measures. There is a good discussion of adrenal support and the entire endocrine system here:

Skeptical here. $5,000 is way too high if you ask me. If it's free... go for it.
Find out what you get for the $5,000.

I think you get 200 bottles of Xango juice. JUST KIDDING. Trying to be humorous after all that talk on the other thread.
On a more serious note to the original poster, I hope the consultation is useful. I've always wondered what homeopathic medicine is about, but I can't afford any more opinions right now.

I found out today he uses a machine alot similar to he Rife machine-Of course I can not remember the name.
He asked if I was familiar with the Rife and I said yes.
God knows what else he will do.
I walked in there today to pick up the questionaire to fill out about my health and my couisin in the pharmacy manager and she speaks highly of him-which makes me feel better.
But she was devastated to find out I had Lyme.
Its like they know its a death sentence.
Oh well we will find out tomorrow!
