My family doc has been treating me while I seek an LLMD. She is willing to try the bactrim/rifampin combo. (I've already been on combinations of doxy, azithromycin, amoxicillin, biaxin, and tindamax.

Can anyone help me out with finding the proper dosage of each?

Thank you.

I was never on this combo, but I took Bactim DS (double strength) twice per day for babs and bart.

Bactrim is a combination antibiotic--two drugs in one pill.
