I think there is support group or info on curezone.com but that site is too confusing to me.

I don't do it. There are a couple people who do it here. I'm sure they'll help you.

Be sure to thoroughly read the instructions and start with a low dose with very gradual increases.
It's important to be checked by your doctor first to be sure you do not have: high blood pressure; diabetes; any variations of cardiac rhythm; or any kidney problems.
There's more here to study before starting added salt to be sure this would be a good fit:

Thanks Keebler....I had always thought it was not something I would dare do, but I'm now thinking if it works...well. I do have high heartrate, especially in am. I figured out quite awhile ago, it was the iodine and not the salt. I have a screwed up thyroid.
I did try huma and only made it 12 days, got hives all over. I suspect I am allergic to paud'arco, so I might order without and see what happens.
I am obsessed with this parasite thing right now. My LLMD has had 2 stool tests done, but I just don't believe they were accurate.
Thanks for the info.
Linda

If you have increased heart rate, salt can cause serious problems.
Yes, iodine can cause the jitters but, salt clearly can also adversely affect those who have elevated heart rate. You say, in present tense, that you do have a high heart rate in the mornings, so increasing salt is certainly not something to consider before taking it over with your doctor.
While sea salt is better for us, it still is not to be used at increased level for those with heart irregularities.
Again, there are many other ways to reduce parasites. Allicin is one of those.

Interesting, I had never heard of it. Do you have a particular place you get it from? Or a particular brand that is better?

A fast heartrate can be very indicative of infection and so can high blood pressure. Sea salt which is a broad spectrum antibiotic can calm both down.
I had these problems in the beginning and they totally reversed themselves with this protocol. If you are not salt sensitive and and don't have a pre-existing condition such as diabtetes, you should do fine.
A lot of people are salt deficient which actually leaves us open to infection. Sea salt supports the adrenals and their is a correlation between low functioning adrenals and infection.
Google sea salt benefits and you can come to your own conclusion. In reference to the humaworm, hives can be a symptom of the parasites. You can always call the people at humaworm and discuss it with them. Hope this helps clarify,
Gael
