Hi,
I have pain down my whole spine (a nerve thing) I was wondering if anyone else notices a decrease in pain when they drink alot of water at once?
If I drink like 5 or so glasses of water in a short period of time my spine will have less pain for a little while. (i do drink throughout the day but obviously not usually in that quanity)
I was just wondering if anyone else had the same experience and if they knew why it helped.

My daughter drinks nearly two gallons of water a day and still has spine pain.
But, it couldn't hurt. Keep the body hydrated. All the meds make it worse.

AZURE,
Yes definitely. Pain can be a symptom of dehydration. I have a lot of damage to my spine including a compressed spinal cord a flattened ventral sac, a missing disc and nerve damage.
I used to be on morphine around 7-8 yrs ago. I was able to go off of it when I started doing warm water enemas. It took me awhile to connect the two.. Hydrating from the inside can be very beneficial.
google the water cure and you should come up with some very good info.
