I've been on rifampin for about a month. My doc started me to see if it would help out the night time vibrations I've been having mostly around my head and neck area. The vibrations aren't entirely gone, but they are about 70% better than they were before the rifampin.
My bartonella test was negative, so what does this mean? Why would the rifampin be helping the vibrations?

At this point, I don't believe we know these bugs well enough to be definitive when it comes to specific syx sets. Rather than being certain it's bartonella you're hitting, I think it's safer to say that you have a bug that responds to rifampin.
