Blood pressure that low should be addressed. It is good that you are getting a tilt table test and hopefully that doctor can help you.
High amylase suggests pancreatitis, but it is possible for the pancreatic enzymes to be heightened from medications while the pancreas is fine. Do you have any abdominal pain?
I would make sure you get your amylase level tested again and that you keep track of any abdominal discomfort or fever.

Since becoming ill my "normal" bp has been 88/50, sometimes even lower. My doctors have never been too concerned about it... obviously, if your bp is usually higher than that, it might be a concern...
I've had 2 Tilt-table tests, I passed out during both, I was told I have severe NMH... It's good your getting a TTT to rule things out.

I had very low blood pressure too. I ate a lot of salt, but that probley isn't a good thing. They don't pay much attention to very low blood pressure and they really should... They don't get much if ANY information on it. And neither do we... Your son probley knows more about it than they do. What does he do in a situation when he finds that?

I have always had very low BP. I had to eat a lot of salty snacks and salty drinks when I was young. Mine has gotten down to 80/40 before. It was 95/58 on Monday at Dr. appointment.
No doctors have ever seemed concerned about it except when it was 80/40. They also don't seem concerned when it is 120/70 which is very high for me even though it is in the "normal range".

The thing that has turned my chronically low blood pressure around is the Allergie-Immun therapy from Germany.
