does anyone here experience muscle twitching for a second as if it was split second seizure in the middle of your rest or when sleeping?

it disrupts you're sleep, it always happens to me..as if my veins are doing havoc inside my body..

if ever, is this issue resolved when treated with abx?

I had this when my Lyme and company were at it's
worst. It would wake me out of a sleep. Some
called this monoclonic (spelling???) seizures.

For me this was at the height of my illness.
Abx treatment got rid of those symptoms for me.
I even watched my (infected) son have those at night. Now with treatment he sleeps peacefully.

Magnesium Citrate helps every kind of muscle spasm, twitch and pain. Most w/Lyme are very deficient, because it is thought that Bb feeds off Magnesium and some LLMd's believe it brings the bacteria out of hiding to feed on the mag supplement and then they are killed by the abx.

It will also regulate heart palps, in fact they inject it in you if you have a heart attack in ER because it regulates muscle contractions and makes them normal.

I have found the pills don't absorb well, I use a powder form from Iherb.com NOW brand Magnesium Citrate powder, I wouldn't be without it.

Burrascano's guidelines recommend Magnesium for all of us.
