As hoot mentioned, they are very different.
I take noni juice and grapeseed extract capsules to successfully shrink lipoma tumors. These two remedies are antioxidants.

hoot is right, grape seed is a powerful antioxidant. It prevents free radical damage.
Grapefruit seed extract is a powerful killing agent. It is so strong it can be used to sterilize equipment for surgery. It kills yeast and it is also thought to kill the cyst form of lyme.

I have had "arthritis" since I was 23.
I spent four years in excruciating, bone crushing pain... tested many natural cures.
I wanted desperately to get off the percocet, ibuprofen, tylenol diet.
Finally, I found that if I took mega-doses of grapeseed extract my pain went away. I have since found a high potency grapeseed extract where I only have to take 1-2 a day to stay pain free. I've been taking it for 15 years.
I still don't know if my arthritis is lyme. I never even suspected it until my son got sick. Now, I can't find a doctor to order the test for me! For now, it doesn't matter because I am controlling the pain.

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began. Posts: 2007 | From NY/VT Border | Registered: Aug 2010

I remember that Vitamin Research Products [vrp.com] had an article on grapeseed extract and its potential against biofilm, although the articke was referrring to oral hygiene.
